Every week we hold service hours in the entrance hall of the Therminal, Hoveniersberg 24. You can see the exact location on the map next to this. Finding the building for the first time can be a challenge, and possibly the second time too. But those who search, will find! You can collect your tickets on Tuesdays between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM and on Thursdays between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM in the week before the performance. – Attention: these hours have changed from September 2025 onwards – In case of holidays we hold an alternative service hour, but those who need to pick up tickets then will receive an email from us. Feel free to drop by!
